I represent Rex Law Chambers, a specialist immigration advisory firm regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) to provide Level 3 immigration services, the highest level, covering both simple and highly complex immigration matters for individuals and businesses.
With over 10 years of hands-on experience,I have supported businesses across multiple sectors, including healthcare, construction, education, and technology, offering expert guidance on sponsorship compliance, Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS), business immigration strategy, and workforce planning. I am a qualified but unregistered Barrister and trained Solicitor giving me a uniquely strategic and legal perspective on immigration frameworks, risk management, and Home Office requirements. I work in partnership with Mr. Asad Malik, a practising Solicitor and co-leader of the immigration division, ensuring that Rex Law Chambers delivers robust, compliant, and commercially focused solutions.
Rex Law Chambers operates under its parent company, Beacon Avenue Group, a multi-disciplinary organisation offering legal services, business advisory, technology development, and specialist head-hunting solutions. The group is currently building a groundbreaking recruitment platform, the first of its kind, specifically designed for healthcare and construction employers, hard-coded with UK Immigration Rules to support compliant, efficient recruitment for licensed sponsors.
